CASCADE BAY
One of the best outdoor water parks in the metro
is found just south of the cities in Eagan.
A gently sloping, grassy area dubbed “Lookout Point” surrounds this water park and doubles as the perfect spot for setting up camp for the day. Cascade Bay in Eagan has tons of water activities, including the requisite slides, lazy river, Captain’s Ship for young tots and a Cardio Pool for those wanting a good workout. There’s even Sandpiper Beach and a mini-golf Captain’s Course.

In order to avoid the crowds, the best time to go is on weekdays after 3 p.m.
