The new home of the Minnesota Vikings is the largest construction project ever completed in Minnesota. Coming in at a total of 1.75 million square feet, the stadium includes seating for up to 72,000, seven club lounges as large as 30,000 square feet, 131 suites and an in-house caterer. The building has free Wi-Fi, nearby parking and is adjacent to a $400 million new development, which includes office, retail and residential space, and a 4.2-acre park called Downtown East Commons. Even before its completion, this best-in-class stadium had been selected to host Super Bowl LII in 2018 and the NCAA Final Four in 2019.
