Founded with biointensive urban farming in mind, the staff grows a bulk of its own ingredients and locally sources the rest. The twist? The majority of it is done onsite or at The Tiny Diner Farm down the street. Dine on the patio beneath a solar ray roof and learn about their rainwater catchment systems.
