Eat sustainably at this eco-friendly spot, which grows most of its ingredients on-site.

If this restaurant’s mission isn’t enough to entice you, the menu certainly will. Founded with biointensive urban farming in mind, the staff grows a bulk of its own ingredients and locally sources the rest. The twist? The majority of it is done onsite or at The Tiny Diner Farm down the street. Dine on the patio beneath a solar ray roof and learn about their rainwater catchment systems. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, menu items are always fresh, always sustainable and, of course, always delicious.
