The food truck’s brick-and-mortar location resides in Minneapolis’ ever-expanding North Loop, bringing East Coast lobster boil to the Twin Cities dining scene. The spot is known for its lobster rolls and po’boys, packed with everything from fried shrimp and blue crab to Newcastle perch and fried green tomatoes. High on the must-eat list is the lobster guacamole.
