Serving up the same famed lobster rolls as the titular food truck, this North Loop restaurant brings the East Coast lobster boil to the Twin Cities dining scene. The spot features a full bar and expanded menu complete with lobster rolls, lobster guacamole and a variety of po’boys, packed with everything from fried shrimp and blue crab to Newcastle perch and fried green tomatoes. High on the must-eat list is the lobster guacamole.
