Fine dining with a communal atmosphere

Over a year of anticipation built up to the much-awaited opening of Saint Dinette in St. Paul’s booming neighborhood of Lowertown, just kitty-corner to the St. Paul Farmers Market. Both the owners and In-House Head Chef Adam Eaton have created a menu that’s all about small plates—a French-inspired exploration of flavors from Montreal, New Orleans and the Gulf Coast of Mexico. With dishes like smoked blue marlin enchiladas, crab capellini, a juicy cheeseburger and foie gras, you’ll take your taste buds on a trip through cultures and courses. With help from the menu’s small dishes, you’ll want to keep ordering for the whole table to share.
