A local music landmark, this cavernous former bus station in downtown Minneapolis was showcased by Prince in “Purple Rain” and has hosted big names in music for decades. Spend some time reading performers' names painted inside the stars along the building's exterior. Bands play early, followed by dancing until 3 a.m. under giant video screens. 7th Street Entry is the smaller space adjacent to the main performance area that hosts up-and-coming artists at a lighter ticket price.
