Grab your friends and head to Canterbury Park in Shakopee for the 8th Annual Savor Minnesota wine tasting event. The daylong event features wine from vineyards throughout Minnesota, giving you a unique opportunity to taste some truly local libations. With 19 wine vendors (plus beer, spirits and apps), you're sure to have a good time exploring the many flavors of Minnesota wine.

Minnesota winery giants Saint Croix Vineyards, Carlos Creek Winery and Garvin Heights Vineyards will be making appearances, as well as smaller operations you may not have heard of: Aspelund Winery, which is located in a small community about an hour south of Minneapolis; La Crescent's River View Winery & Vineyard; and many, many more.

The event will also feature food vendors from around the state. Explore the options, which include desserts from Groveland Confections, gourmet cheeses from Bongards Creameries, sweets from Craftmade Toffee and more. And if you start to get a little wined out, check out the local brews on tap, or order a cocktail from Lawless Distilling Co.‘s booth.

After perusing and tasting the wide selection, purchase up to six bottles of wine to take home after the event. Tickets for Savor MN cost $40 in advance and $45 if purchased at the door. You may also purchase tickets in advance in person at Northern Vineyards Winery in Stillwater.
