Food and Wine Experience 2018

This weekend Minnesota Monthly invites you to its 24th annual Food and Wine Experience at Target Field where over 150 vendors will be waiting to serve the best food, wine and beers they have to offer.
With vendors like Café Latte, Schram Vineyards, Caves of Fairbault, the T-Rex Cookie Company and many more, there’s something for everyone, no matter your taste, foodie experience or palate.
To kick off the 2018 Food and Wine Experience, attend the Grand Red Tasting, held on March 2 from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. This intimate, upscale tasting event pairs fine wines with gourmet bites and showcases some of the best vineyards in the world—plus, all attendees receive a complimentary Riedel wine glass. A few tasting menu items include sous vide pork belly, wild mushroom gnocchi and stout braised short ribs; wineries include Bronco Wine, Carlos Creek Winery and Miner Family Wines.
For guests interested in learning more about how the wine scene has changed in the state of Washington, purchase tickets to attend The Wonderful World of Washington State Wine seminar on Saturday, March 3. Or, on Sunday, March 4, attend the Red, White & Green with Bonterra Organic Vineyards seminar and get a preview of how Botterra Organic Vineyards are setting the standard for organic wine-making on Minnesota Monthly’s Taste Blog. Both seminars begin at noon and include wine and food samples.
The Food and Wine Experience will also feature some of the best mixologists from Minnesota including Gab Campana from Constantine, Jarod Wilkinson from Borough, Tim Kingstan from Parlour and Alex White from Monello, so make sure to swing by the event's Spirits Lounge and Mixology Station.
