Pumphouse used natural and organic ingredients before it was cool. Since 2003, the shop has sourced all of its ingredients from local farmers and companies, from the cones to the milk itself. Ice cream and sorbet flavors rotate daily, but you can always rely on the Sea Salt Caramel Pecan and Mint Chocolate Chip to be available.
