Tattersall’s space is as beautiful as it is storied—and the cocktails are pretty delightful as well. The distillery is located in the historic Thorp Building in Northeast Minneapolis, which housed a classified military manufacturing operation during World War II. Now, patrons can sit inside around the bar or at a private table, or outside on the patio and sip from a growing list of spirits. Try the Aquavit or White Whiskey to shake up your go-to cocktail or give something new like the Grapefruit Crema or Sour Cherry Liqueur a spin.
