St. Paul’s 11 Wells produces some seriously good spirits.
St. Paul’s 11 Wells produces some seriously good spirits. Their Minnesota 13 white whiskey—aka moonshine—is inspired by Prohibition-era corn of the same name, which was developed by the University of Minnesota. Other products like Boiler Room Rum and Ecgberht of Kent gin are excellent choices as well. Until their Millwright Cocktail Room opens later this year, you can enjoy their spirits in bars and restaurants across the Twin Cities, including Spoon & Stable, Tongue in Cheek and Bradstreet Crafthouse, as well as a host of area liquor stores.
