With top-notch eateries all around the Twin Cities, it’s not hard to give up hours of cooking on Easter morning for a delicious sit-down meal. Indulge in eggs, waffles, bacon and other breakfast favorites at restaurants in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Here’s our top ten brunch buffets to consider for your celebration. A special buffet will be served between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Easter Sunday with delicious options like lobster cakes, omelets and freshly baked pastries.
