This Minneapolis suburb has all the big-city convenience
with a dose of small-town charm.

This northwest Minneapolis suburb is quickly making a name for itself thanks to its small-town charm and food takeover. Travail Kitchen and Amusements, the Rookery and Pig Ate My Pizza have all set up shop in Robbinsdale and offer their theatrical twists on American fare. Other places to satisfy your palate include Mai Thai and St. Petersburg Restaurant and Vodka Bar. Affordable, historic homes can be found here for families of all sizes, and local shops keep popping up like seedlings in spring.
