Do the Twin Cities have any bodies of water worth visiting?
Absolutely. We are in the Land of 10,000 Lakes, after all. South Minneapolis’ Chain of Lakes is a beautiful system of lakes and channels with paved trails that wind along the shorelines. When the weather is nice outside, you’ll find the trails teeming with runners, bikers, inline skaters and dog-walkers. And getting out on the water is easy with area equipment rentals, like Wheel Fun Rentals and SUP Calhoun, which provide kayaks, canoes, standup paddleboards and more.
