Are there any good cross-country skiing trails in the area?

We may not have mountains here in the Twin Cities, but we do have flat expanses that are perfect for cross-country skiing. Hyland Lake Park Reserve in Bloomington has nearly 10 miles of groomed ski trails, and they even produce snow for years with less than average snowfall. Another spot to try is Fort Snelling State Park in St. Paul. This park has 12 miles of groomed trails when snowfall allows.
